Quick Snacks in Tartlets

Ingredients

  • Tartlets - 20 pieces
  • Courgette - 12.3 oz
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Carrot - 3.5 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 6 teaspoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 3 fl oz
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1.8 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 6 fl oz
  • Pork Blood - 5.3 oz
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice - 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Cheese Spread - 2.5 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 1.1 oz
  • Dill - to taste
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Radish - 3 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard - to taste
  • Toasted Sesame - to taste
  • Iceberg Lettuce - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the zucchini caviar. Peel and rinse the onion and carrot with cold water.

Step 2

Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil over low heat.

Step 3

Slice the zucchini into rounds, then cut into quarters.

Step 4

Add the coarsely chopped zucchini and simmer for 30-35 minutes.

Step 5

After some time, add the tomato paste and 2 pinches of sugar. Mix thoroughly and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Pour in the water and cook the zucchini caviar until all the liquid evaporates.

Step 7

Add the garlic, grated on a fine grater, and salt. Then mash the caviar with a potato masher.

Step 8

For the second snack, we will need teriyaki sauce, which we will make ourselves. In a saucepan, pour in the apple cider vinegar, add the soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well.

Step 9

Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 10

Cut the cleaned pork tenderloin into small cubes.

Step 11

Transfer the pork to a deep bowl and drizzle with sauce (1 tablespoon).

Step 12

Mix and pour in the vegetable oil.

Step 13

Turn the heat to maximum and heat the frying pan. Sauté the pork in vegetable oil for a maximum of 1 minute. As soon as it starts to release juice, remove the meat from the heat. Let the pork cool.

Step 14

Dice 2/3 of the cucumber, and slice the remaining part into thin rounds.

Step 15

Slice the chili pepper into thin rings.

Step 16

In a bowl, combine the pork, cucumber, pepper, a bit of garlic, and drizzle with teriyaki sauce. Mix - and the meat snack is ready!

Step 17

Now let's prepare the next filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 18

Add the mayonnaise.

Step 19

Then add the eggs, grated on a coarse grater, and the garlic, grated on a fine grater.

Step 20

Finely chop the dill.

Step 21

Add the herbs to the bowl and mix.

Step 22

Now we proceed to prepare the vegetable salad. Cut the cucumber into 4 parts, then chop finely.

Try to chop the radish as finely as possible.

Step 24

Chop the tomato finely as well.

Step 25

Combine the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl. Add the finely chopped dill.

Step 26

Dress the summer salad with sour cream.

Step 27

Gradually, we approach the final stage. Place lettuce leaves at the bottom of five tartlets, then add cucumber on top.

Step 28

On top of the cucumbers, place the meat filling. The next five tartlets are filled with the cheese and egg filling.

Step 29

In the second to last five tartlets, place the zucchini caviar. The remaining tartlets are filled with vegetable salad, placing lettuce leaves at the bottom. Garnish the tartlets with pork with mustard seeds. Sprinkle the cheese and egg filling and zucchini caviar with sesame seeds on top. The tartlets can be served immediately after preparation!
