Ingredients

  • Egg white - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Break the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar. Whisk until frothy.

Step 2

Add the sour cream to the whipped mixture and whisk again until smooth.

Step 3

Add the baking powder and flour. The batter should be quite thick.

Step 4

Pour into a pre-prepared (greased) baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 392°F.
