  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
  • Jam - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, honey, baking soda, and flour. Beat with a mixer until well blended. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet greased with margarine or vegetable oil, spreading it into a thin layer across the entire sheet. Place it in an oven preheated to 392°F. Bake for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.

Filling options — use what you have. 1. Whip sour cream with sugar. 2. Grate the lemon with the peel and mix with sugar. 3. Any jam.

Step 3
