- Wheat Flour - 1.9 oz
- Sugar - 1.9 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Jam - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder, then add the 2 eggs and beat everything thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.

Prepare a baking tray, place parchment paper on it, and grease it with oil. Evenly spread the dough on it and put it in the oven preheated to 356°F.
Step 3
Bake for just 6 minutes, until the top of the cake acquires a golden crust.
Step 4
While the cake is baking, place a metal saucepan on the stove, pour in the jam, and gently heat it. By the way, any jam can be used, but strawberry jam is especially suitable.
Step 5
Now, remove the jam from the heat and take the cake out of the oven. Remove the paper, spread warm jam on one side, roll it up, and generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.
