Quick Vanilla Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 10% cream - 8 fl oz
  • Milk - 8 fl oz
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Gelatin - 2 pieces
  • White Beans - 1 piece
  • Fresh Berries - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak 1.5 sheets of gelatin in cold water.

Step 2

Heat the milk and cream with the vanilla bean to 176°F, add sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Strain.

Step 3

Add the squeezed gelatin. Mix well and pour into molds.

Step 4

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Step 5

Serve with fresh berries.
