Ingredients
- Margarine - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream the margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs, mix, and then add the raisins/walnuts (you can also use chopped dried apricots or any candied fruits).
Step 3
Add the flour and knead a soft dough.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with oil or line it with parchment paper, and spread the dough (distribute it in a layer about 5 mm thick).
Step 5
Bake for 15–20 minutes at 356°F.
Step 6
Cut the finished cake into squares or rectangles.
