Description
A simple and delicious quick bake. Instead of raisins or in addition to them, you can use candied fruits, and for extra sweetness, generously dust with powdered sugar.

- Raisins - 6 oz
- Butter - 6 oz
- Sugar - 6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.3 oz
- Baking Powder - ½ spoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Powdered Sugar - to taste

Soak the raisins in hot water and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Use a skewer to create a lengthwise groove in the batter. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 338°F and bake for 80 minutes.

Let the finished cake cool, then remove it from the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
