Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Condensed Milk - 5.3 oz
- Grated Chocolate - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt 50 grams of butter, add sugar and egg. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Soak the raisins in boiling water.
Step 2
Add baking soda and sour cream. Mix until fully dissolved.
Step 3
Gradually add flour. Stir until a homogeneous mass is formed and add the raisins. Pour into a baking dish.
Step 4
Bake at 392°F for 25–30 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare the cream. Add condensed milk to the softened butter and whip with a mixer until creamy.
Step 6
When the cake cools, divide it into two parts, spread half of the cream on the bottom part, cover with the top part, and decorate the top with cream and grated chocolate.
