- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Red Lambrusco - 16 fl oz
- Fresh Berries - 21.2 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 19 oz

Step 1
Pour the sugar into a saucepan, add a little water, and place it over low heat. Cook until a golden caramel forms. Remove from heat and carefully pour in the wine. Return to heat and cook until the caramel and wine combine into a homogeneous mixture and the volume reduces to 360 ml, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Divide the berries among 8 glasses or dessert bowls and drizzle with the syrup.
