Ingredients
- Walnuts - 8.8 oz
- 33% Cream - 3 fl oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Frozen Raspberries - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blanch 200 grams of walnuts in boiling water three to four times. Cool down.
Step 2
Mix the milk with the cream, sugar, and salt, and bring to a boil. Then slightly cool it down, mix in the gelatin, raspberries, and nuts, pour into four molds, and refrigerate for one and a half hours.
Step 3
Blanch the remaining nuts several times in boiling water, then place them in an oven preheated to 356°F for half an hour. After that, crush them in a mortar.
Step 4
Serve the jelly sprinkled with crushed walnuts.
