Description
Another recipe for a healthy pie. Very raspberry, the aroma will fill the entire apartment!
Ingredients
- Instant Oatmeal - 1 cup
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Raisins - 1.1 oz
- Beans - 1 piece
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 14.1 oz
- Frozen Raspberries - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the raspberries.
Step 2
Soak the raisins in boiling water for about 10 minutes, add the oats and blend in a blender, add the egg and blend again.
Step 3
Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes in the oven at 392°F.
Step 4
Blend the banana and add it to the cottage cheese.
Step 5
Remove the crust from the oven, place the raspberries on top (if there is too much juice, drain some), then add the cottage cheese-banana mixture. Slightly mix the cottage cheese with the raspberries to create beautiful swirls on top.
Step 6
Bake the pie for 45–50 minutes in the oven at 180–392°F.
