- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 3.5 oz
- Fruit Jelly - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Beat the eggs with 100 grams of powdered sugar, then mix with the flour and baking powder.
Step 2
Line the baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and level it out. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the baked cake from the oven, let it cool, flip it onto a towel, and remove the paper.
