  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar - 4.2 oz
  • Raspberry leaves - 3.5 oz
  • Fruit Jelly - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Beat the eggs with 100 grams of powdered sugar, then mix with the flour and baking powder.

Step 2

Line the baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and level it out. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the baked cake from the oven, let it cool, flip it onto a towel, and remove the paper.

Step 4

Mix the cream cheese with lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and powdered sugar.

Step 5

Spread the cheese mixture over the cooled cake.

Step 6

Arrange the raspberries on top of the cheese mixture.

Step 7

Prepare the jelly and spread it over the pie.

Step 8

Place the pie in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
