Raspberry Crumble Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Brown Sugar - ⅓ cup
- Ground Oats - ¼ cup
- Melted Cheese - ⅓ cup
- Walnuts - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate - ⅓ cup
- Raspberry gin - 9.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, and oats. Add the melted butter and stir with a fork.
Step 2
Line a 20x20 cm baking dish with foil, leaving a 5 cm overhang on the edges.
Step 3
Press half of the dough into the bottom of the dish, slightly raising it on the edges. Bake at 356°F for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add chopped walnuts to the remaining dough.
Step 5
Spread the jam over the baked base, leaving 1 cm from the edges. Sprinkle chocolate and the remaining dough on top.
Step 6
Place the dish in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes. After cooling, cut into pieces.
