- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Frozen Raspberries - 2.8 oz
- Honey - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the dried raspberries into a blender and blend until they become a crumbly powder. Transfer this powder to a bowl and mix it with honey.
Step 2
Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl and rub it together with the butter. Add the raspberry and honey mixture along with one egg. Knead the dough for as long as possible, at least ten minutes. Finally, lift the dough and slam it down onto the table a couple of times.
Step 3
Shape small gingerbread cookies from the dough, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for twenty minutes.
