- Raspberry leaves - 6.3 oz
- Water - 12 fl oz
- Citric Acid - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort and rinse the raspberries in cold water. Pour water over the sugar, stir, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the cleaned raspberries to the hot syrup, bring to a boil, and let sit in a covered container for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
After that, strain, add citric acid to taste, slightly cool, pour into molds, and let set. The jelly can be garnished with berries.
