- Raspberry leaves - 14.1 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Fresh Mint - 2 stalks
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the puff pastry into rectangles, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in an oven preheated to 392°F. Bake until golden brown. Once baked, slice the pastries lengthwise into three parts.
Step 2
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until thick. Layer the cake with cream and raspberries.
Step 3
Garnish with mint leaves and powdered sugar.
