Raspberry Sherbet
Ingredients
- Water - 6 fl oz
- Sugar - 12.3 oz
- Crème de Cassis - 1 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Raspberry leaves - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and add the liqueur and lemon juice. Cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, puree the raspberries in a blender. Strain through a sieve and mix with the syrup.
Step 3
Pour into an ice cream maker or container and place in the freezer for a few hours, stirring every 45 minutes.
