  • 10% cream - ½ cup

In a bowl, mix the water and sugar, leaving 1 tablespoon aside. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the berries with the sugar syrup and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, in a bowl, use a mixer to whip the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until fluffy.

Step 4

Scoop the sherbet into dessert cups, top with whipped cream, and serve immediately.
