Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2½ cups
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Raspberry gin - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter or margarine and let it cool.
Step 2
In a bowl, add sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanillin, and mix well.
Step 3
Gradually add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough (the dough should not be too stiff).
Step 4
Divide the dough into 2 parts (1/3), and place the smaller part in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 5
Evenly spread the larger part of the dough on a baking sheet (the dough can be rolled out thinly or laid out in a thicker layer).
Step 6
Spread a layer of jam on top of the dough and smooth it out gently with a spoon.
Step 7
Remove the smaller part of the dough from the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater over the jam.
Step 8
Place the pie in a preheated oven at 392°F and bake for 20-25 minutes.
