Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 9.2 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Nuts - 2.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.9 oz
- Frozen Raspberries - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with a mixer, gradually adding the powdered sugar.
Step 2
Add the flour, cinnamon, and chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or others). The mixture should resemble wet crumbs.
Step 3
Reserve about a quarter of the mixture for topping. Spread the remaining crumbs over a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Flatten it slightly with your hands to create a firm base.
Step 4
Top with raspberries and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Let cool.
