Ingredients
- Turnips - 17.6 oz
- Cashew - 3.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - 3.5 oz
- Dates - 7.1 oz
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Mint - 1 bunch
- Citrus Zest Mix - 4 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the cashews and almonds in a blender.
Step 2
Add the chopped dates and mix well.
Step 3
Place the nut-date mixture on a plate, cover, and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
Step 4
For the second layer, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Step 5
Add the chopped mint to the honey.
Step 6
Mix the grated carrots with the mint honey and orange zest.
Step 7
Layer the carrot mixture on top of the nut-date layer.
Step 8
Put the cake in the freezer for another half an hour.
