Raw dessert made with dates, cashews, and banana

Ingredients

  • Dates - 10.6 oz
  • Cashew - 5.3 oz
  • Bananas - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Coffee - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse a third of the cashews and let them dry. Soak the rest in cold water for one hour, then rinse.

Step 2

Remove the pits from the dates. Cut the banana into pieces slightly larger than a fingernail.

Step 3

Add the pitted dates and soaked cashews to a blender. Blend for about three minutes. Transfer the mixture to a container.

Step 4

Chop the remaining cashews separately and transfer to another container, then add the coffee.

Step 5

Form balls from the date-nut mixture. To make it easier to shape, you can chill it in the freezer beforehand.

Step 6

Then flatten them into a patty, placing a piece of banana in the center. Roll it back into a ball.

Step 7

Roll the ball in ground cashews and place it in the freezer for one hour.
