Raw Vegan Napoleon Cake
Ingredients
- Pears - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 8 tablespoons
- Raisins - 6.7 oz
- Chopped almonds - 2.8 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 2.3 oz
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pear and apple, cut them in half, and slice them as thinly as possible into half-moons. Grind the walnuts in a blender along with the vanilla/cinnamon. Separately, grind the almonds with the remaining ginger and cinnamon. Mix the honey or any syrup with lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the lemon.
Step 2
Dip a slice of apple into the bowl of honey, coat it in nuts, and place it on a plate. Do the same with the pear. Arrange them alternately on the plate in any shape (for example, in a slice shape).
Step 3
Once all the fruits are used up, place the plate in the refrigerator for an hour or longer. Sprinkle with nuts on top. Optionally, decorate with raisins (for juiciness — white), sprinkle with zest, and also garnish with mint.
