Ingredients
- Sunflower Seeds - 1 cup
- Arugula - 1.8 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 3 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the peeled raw sunflower seeds into flour in a blender.
Step 2
Separately blend the arugula with lemon juice and a small amount of water.
Step 3
Mix the arugula with the sunflower seeds into a homogeneous mass.
Step 4
Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
Step 5
Spread the seed and arugula mixture onto a sheet of nori seaweed.
Step 6
Place the cucumber strips on top.
Step 7
Roll up the rolls.
Step 8
Cut into pieces about 1.5 cm wide.
