Description
Cauliflower is very nutritious. Its protein is well absorbed by the body. It contains a higher amount of essential amino acids that are not found in other vegetables and is rich in vitamin C. In this regard, it surpasses white cabbage by 2-3 times. It is no surprise that 50 g of cauliflower provides the daily requirement of our need for vitamin C. Cauliflower also contains many vitamins B1, B2, PP, iron, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus.
