Raw Vegan Rolls with Seeds and Avocado

Ingredients

  • Avocado - 2 pieces
  • Dried Nori Seaweed - 15 pieces
  • Marinated cherries - 30 pieces
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Sunflower Seeds - 7.1 oz
  • Grated Ginger Root - 4 teaspoons
  • Iceberg Lettuce - 1 head
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the sunflower seeds (peeled) for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Blend the seeds, avocado, and half of the cherry tomatoes until smooth.

Step 3

On a sheet of nori, first spread the seed paste (it can take up to 0.5 to 3/4 of the sheet), then top with long strips of red bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes (cut into 6 pieces), and pieces of iceberg lettuce. Roll up the rolls and cut with a sharp knife. The dish is ready!
