  • Garlic - 2.5 oz
  • Salt - 1.4 oz
  • Black peppercorns - 0.7 oz
  • Sesame Seeds - 0.7 oz
  • Tahini - 4.6 oz
  • Red Lentils - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the tahini. For this, blend the sesame seeds with olive oil (100 ml) until it reaches a consistency similar to puree.

Step 2

Cook the lentils until tender, drain, then add garlic, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, salt, and pepper, and blend until it reaches a paste-like consistency. Serve with toasted crispy bread and a lemon half.
