Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 glasses
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 2 glasses
- Vegetable Oil - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Vanillin - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Coffee - 1 tablespoon
- Water - ½ glasses
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 12 oz
- Butter - 3.9 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Buttermilk - 1 glass
- Red Food Coloring - to taste
- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 2
Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and vegetable oil.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix the lightly beaten eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and food coloring until well combined.
Step 5
Dissolve the coffee in boiling water, mix it with the liquid ingredients, and add vinegar.
Step 6
Combine the ingredients from step 3 with the ingredients from steps 4 and 5.
Step 7
Pour the resulting mixture into the flour in 5 batches, stirring after each addition.
Step 8
Divide the mixture into 2–3 portions and bake each portion in a separate greased (I used a 22 cm pan) for 30 minutes.
Step 9
For the cream, beat the cream cheese with the butter and powdered sugar.
Step 10
Spread the cream on the layers and enjoy!
