Ingredients
- Rosé Dry Wine - 1 qt
- Red Lambrusco - 25 fl oz
- Marinated cherries - 28.2 oz
- Donut Peaches - 4 pieces
- Clementines - 3 pieces
- Peach Juice - 10 fl oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the cherries, remove the pits, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, and mix.
Step 2
While the cherries are infusing, slice the peaches (nectarines) and clementines into pieces (cubes, rounds, stars — any shape) and add them to the cherries.
Step 3
Pour the fruits with red wine and lambrusco, add pineapple juice, mix, and leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve in glasses with a spoon for the fruits. Ice is optional.
