- Rhubarb - 15.9 oz
- Sugar - ¾ cup
- Water - ¼ cup
- Strawberry - 10.6 oz
- Fresh Mint - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
In a pot, combine the chopped rhubarb, sugar, and water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves. Then cook for another 7 minutes until the rhubarb is soft.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the halved strawberries. Mix well and transfer to a bowl. Stir in the finely chopped mint, let cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
