Ingredients

  • Rhubarb - 15.9 oz
  • Ginger - 7.1 oz
  • Brown Sugar - 4.4 oz
  • Margarine - 2.6 oz
  • Unbleached flour crackers - 4.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place the rhubarb in a 1.1-liter baking dish. Add the ginger and sprinkle with half of the sugar.

Step 2

Put the margarine and flour in a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Add the remaining sugar and mix well.

Step 3

Spread the crumble over the rhubarb and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
