- Rhubarb - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Gelatin - 0.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - 1.8 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece

Step 1
Cut the prepared rhubarb into pieces, add the lemon zest, and boil in 500 g of boiling water, then add sugar, bring to a boil again, and strain through a colander.
Step 2
In the resulting broth, dissolve the previously soaked and swollen gelatin by heating, add the cooked rhubarb and chopped almonds.
Step 3
Pour the prepared jelly into a dish or vase, rinsing the container with cold water beforehand, and let it cool.
Step 4
Drizzle the set jelly with milk kissel or a sweet sauce (berry, fruit, or vanilla).
