- Raisins - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook a milk porridge from rice, butter, milk (and water) and salt.
Step 2
Beat the egg yolks and pour them into the porridge, mix well.
Step 3
Cut the fruits and mix them with the porridge.
Step 4
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with lemon juice and dust with powdered sugar.
