- Ocean salt - to taste
- Sumac - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare the rice paper sheets.
Step 2
Tear the paper into smaller pieces randomly.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Step 4
Add a little salt.

Soak the paper pieces: dip them in water for a few seconds. Then transfer to a dry surface.
