Description
Recipe taken from a collection of recipes by Anna Johnson.
Ingredients
- Corn Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Aquafaba - to taste
- Rice Flour - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Sift the rice flour and corn flour. Mix all the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Combine the dry mixture with the oil. Whip the aquafaba with a mixer for 2–3 minutes until it reaches the consistency of whipped eggs.
Step 4
Knead a soft dough with a spoon.
Step 5
Generously sprinkle the table with rice flour, place the dough on it, and roll it out into a thin layer. It is very important to roll the dough quickly; otherwise, it will start to stick to the rolling pin.
Step 6
Cut out shapes using a glass and transfer them to a rice-flour-dusted baking sheet. Brush the cookies with oil or plant-based milk.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
