  • 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Glutinous Rice Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Potato protein - 0.7 oz
  • Milk - 17 fl oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Condensed Milk - 3 tablespoons
  • Bananas - 2 pieces
  • Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the flour, starch, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Pour in the milk and stir.

Step 3

Add the eggs and melted butter. Whisk everything together.

Step 4

Fry on both sides like regular pancakes.

Step 5

For the filling: mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, and condensed milk. Spread it on a crepe. You can stack 2 or 3 crepes overlapping to create a sheet of crepes.

On the edge of the crepe closest to you, place banana slices and roll it tightly. Cut into pieces.

Step 7

For the sauce: in a saucepan, mix 2 tablespoons of sugar, cocoa powder, sour cream, and butter, and heat until the sauce becomes liquid. Drizzle it over the crepes and serve.
