Rinse the rice, pour boiling water over it just enough to cover, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat.

When the grains swell, pour in the milk and cook until done without stirring.

Reheat the cooked rice porridge, add sugar, melted butter, rinsed raisins, and chopped walnuts, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Before serving, drizzle with liquid honey.
