  • Krasnodar rice - 10.6 oz
  • Milk - 13 fl oz
  • Cream - 7 fl oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 6 teaspoons
  • Raw cane sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Turmeric - 1 tablespoon
  • Cognac - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine the zest with sugar, milk, turmeric, cognac, and cream, then add the rice to this mixture and simmer over low heat.

Step 2

When the rice is three-quarters cooked, transfer it into molds, cover the molds with foil, and place them in an oven preheated to 302°F for half an hour.

Step 3

Remove, cool, and serve with a shot of limoncello, a cup of tea, or blended strawberries.
