- Round Rice - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Milk - 20 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Vanilla Sugar - to taste
- Canned Peaches - 7.1 oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Rum - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice, then pour warm milk over it and add the vanilla pod.
Step 2
Then, stirring continuously, bring to a boil.
Step 3
Once the mixture has boiled, reduce the heat and cook for 30–40 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Remove the vanilla pod.
Step 5
Add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 6
While the pudding cools to room temperature, whip the cream with a mixer or whisk, and add the rum.
Step 7
Then fold the cream into the rice using an upward motion.
Step 8
Top with sliced peaches.
