Rice Semolina Cake
Ingredients
- Kefir - 10 fl oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Semolina - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Add the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt to the kefir.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add the rice semolina, baking soda, and baking powder.
Step 5
Mix well.
Step 6
Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 2 hours.
Step 7
Line the bottom of the baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 8
Pour the batter into the pan.
Step 9
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 50 minutes.
Step 10
Allow to cool, then slice. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
