Very airy and tender pancakes!!!! Serve with maple syrup or condensed milk!!!!
Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese - 8.8 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Place the ricotta in a bowl, add the eggs, and mix.
Step 2
Pour in the milk, about half, mix and start adding the flour: a little flour — a little milk, mix. Then add the baking soda, whisk well, and fry like regular pancakes in a well-heated skillet with oil.
