Ingredients

  • Coconut flakes - 1.60 cups
  • Chopped almonds - 16 pieces
  • Powdered Sugar - ½ cup
  • Ricotta cheese - 3.5 oz
  • White Chocolate - 2.5 oz
  • Cream (40%) - 2.60 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix 1.3 cups of coconut flakes, sugar, and ricotta. Divide into 16 parts and roll into balls. Press one almond into each ball. Chill for 20-30 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 2

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then add the cream.

Step 3

Use a fork or toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with coconut flakes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4

Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
