Ingredients

  • Crab Meat - 1.8 oz
  • 33% Cream - 2 fl oz
  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 3.5 oz
  • Fish Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.4 oz
  • Basil - 0.1 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - 0 oz
  • Garlic - 0.1 oz
  • Herbs - 0 oz
  • Salt - 0 oz
  • Sugar - 0 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté garlic and chili pepper in olive oil.

Step 2

Add tomato paste.

Step 3

Pour in the cream.

Step 4

Add fish sauce.

Step 5

Then add basil, salt, sugar, and pepper.

Step 6

Reduce to sauce consistency.

Step 7

Add crab meat.

Step 8

Cook the pasta until al dente.

Step 9

Add the pasta to the skillet. Garnish with herbs.

Step 10

Mix well.

Step 11

Serve immediately.
