  • Honey - 1½ teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cinnamon - ¾ teaspoon
  • Salt - 0.1 teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Cardamom - 0.1 teaspoons
  • Ground clove - 0.1 teaspoons
  • Chopped almonds - 1.4 oz
  • Macadamia Nuts - 1.4 oz
  • Hazelnut - 1.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe container, mix the sugar, honey, oil, cinnamon, salt, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper. Microwave on high for 30 seconds to combine well.

Step 3

Add the nuts and mix. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden. Let cool.
