Description
It's often difficult to find a ripe avocado at the store. Therefore, it should be kept at room temperature for a few days to allow it to ripen a bit. Once the pit is removed, you can peel it, chop it finely, and blend it with milk. Then, mix it with cottage cheese. Sunflower seeds can be replaced with pumpkin seeds. I also recommend using an '8-grain' roll.
Ingredients
- Avocado - ½ pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese - 2 spoons
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Whole Grain Bun - 1 piece
- Sunflower Seeds - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh from one half with a spoon, chop it finely, and immediately drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with the milk, season with pepper and salt. Add dill.
Step 3
Gently lower the avocado pieces into the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Slice the bun in half and spread avocado cream on it. Sprinkle seeds on top.
