Description
You can use any apples or soft fruits instead of strawberries. Add sweetener or sugar to taste. I prefer a light sweetness.

- Egg - 3 pieces
- Sweetener - 0.2 oz
- Cornstarch - 0.9 oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Low-Fat Cottage Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Strawberries - 7.1 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add sweetener, cornstarch, and baking powder to the yolks and mix well.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the yolks.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet or square pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter (be careful not to spread it too much, otherwise the sponge will be thin).
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 347°F for 10–12 minutes.
Step 5
Blend the cottage cheese with the sweetener. Cut the strawberries.
Step 6
Remove the sponge from the oven and roll it up with the parchment paper and a damp towel (this will help in rolling the filled roll later, otherwise the sponge will break). Let it cool slightly.
Step 7
Carefully unroll the roll and remove the parchment.
Step 8
Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the sponge and layer the strawberries on top.
Step 9
Roll up the sponge, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
