- Milk - 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Margarine - 8.8 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Vanillin - 1½ g
- Safflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead a dough that is not too stiff. Do not add butter and sugar. Roll out the dough to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm (thinner is better).
Step 2
Grease with oil and sprinkle generously with sugar. Then roll into a log and cut into 5 cm pieces. Shape into roses. To do this, pinch one end of the log together and bend the top part like rose petals. Bake in the oven at 392°F. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
