- Glutinous Rice Flour - 15.9 oz
- Almond - 0.7 oz
- Ghee - 6.3 oz
- Muscovado Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Cottage cheese - 12.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Jerusalem Artichoke - 0 fl oz
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Grapefruits - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Using your hands, rub the cold butter together with the flour and sugar. Add lemon juice and, if desired, lemon zest.
Step 2
Blend the cottage cheese, vanilla, Jerusalem artichoke syrup, and egg using an immersion blender.
Step 3
Spread 70% of the dough into a small mold. On top, add the cheese mixture and the remaining dough.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 356°F.
Step 5
Serve, garnished with seasonal fruits and sour cream.
