Ingredients
- Dark rum - 2 fl oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 6.7 oz
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Condensed Milk - 2 fl oz
- Light Corn Syrup - 4 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the rum and raisins and let sit for a few hours or overnight.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine the gelatin and milk. Let it sit for 1 minute. Then place over medium heat and add the sugar. Heat while stirring until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and add the corn syrup and vanilla. Cool.
Step 3
Stir the yogurt and the rum-soaked raisins into the milk mixture. Transfer to an ice cream maker or container and freeze, stirring every hour.
