Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Onion - 2 lbs
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with salt and gradually add the softened butter. Add a little water. Roll out the dough into a thin layer.
Step 2
To prepare the filling, slice the onion into thin rings and sauté for 2-3 minutes in butter. Add water and simmer over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent and the liquid evaporates. Lightly sprinkle the onion with sugar.
Step 3
Spread the filling over the dough, pour beaten eggs mixed with cream, salt, and pepper on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Place the dough in a greased baking dish and bake in the oven at 356°F for 10 minutes.
